Award Achievements

Qualification Period: August 1, 2020–July 31, 2021 Activity

Awards listed below can be earned by Canadian Arbonne Independent Consultants (ICs). Achiever must be registered by August 16, 2021 for VCNC to receive earned awards and recognition.

Areas of Consistent Excellence (ACE)

The TOP 10 Independent Consultants (ICs) who directly promote out the most first-time Area Managers (AMs) from their Central Area during the qualification period will be recognized. Areas of Consistent Excellence (ACE) achievers must have at least 20 personally registered active or new personally registered Preferred Clients (PCs). An active PC is defined as having 300 Qualifying Volume (QV) or more in-purchases (can be a single purchase or combined purchases) during the qualification period.

The newly promoted AM (first-time promotion between September 1, 2020 to August 1, 2021) must be a paid-as AM or higher on August 1, 2021 to count. Ties will be broken by the achiever’s number of active Preferred Clients.

All-Star Seller

(formerly Million-Dollar All-Star)

National Vice Presidents (NVPs) with 1,000,000–1,999,999 in Qualifying Volume in their Region or Nation pay window*, whichever is greater, all 12 months during the qualification period will be recognized. The NVP achiever must have at least 100 registered active or new Preferred Clients in their Central Nation. An active PC is defined as having 300 QV or more in-purchases (can be a single purchase or combined purchases) during the qualification period.

Top-Selling Stars

(NEW AWARD for 2021)

National Vice Presidents with two million or more in Qualifying Volume in their Region or Nation pay window*, whichever is greater, all 12 months during the qualification period will be recognized. The NVP achiever must have at least 100 registered active or new Preferred Clients in their Central Nation. An active PC is defined as having 300 QV or more in-purchases (can be a single purchase or combined purchases) during the qualification period.

*Pay window refers to the National Vice President’s width and depth in their Region or their Nation

National Vice President 15-Year Achievement

National Vice Presidents who are celebrating their 15th Anniversary as an Arbonne IC in 2021 will be recognized.

National Vice President Shining Star Award

(formerly Top Quality Business Award)

The TOP 10 National Vice Presidents who ranked highest overall in Central Nation Qualifying Volume, Central Nation Registration (new Preferred Clients with a minimum of 150 QV in their Start Month), and Central Nation National Vice President Promotions during the qualification period will be recognized.

Each month, the NVPs are ranked in the three categories, from highest to lowest, and assigned a point value based on the number of current NVPs in total. All 12 months are combined, and the top 10 NVPs are the achievers. Number 1 will be the platinum achiever, number 2 gold achiever, and number 3 silver achiever.

Central Nation QV: Promoted-out QV counts each month. Demoted back QV (SuccessLine Region QV) is subtracted each month.

Central Nation National Vice President Promotions: The newly promoted National Vice President (first-time promotion between August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021) must be a paid-as National Vice President or higher on August 1, 2021 to count. Direct re-promotions will also count, as long as the re-promotion is outside of Title Maintenance.

Parade of Champions

The TOP 10 Independent Consultants who directly promote out the most first-time District Managers (DMs) from their Central District during the qualification period will be recognized. The Parade of Champions achiever must have at least 20 personally registered active or new personally registered Preferred Clients. An active PC is defined as having 300 QV or more in-purchases (can be a single purchase or combined purchases) during the qualification period.

The Independent Consultant must be a paid-as Consultant or District Manager at the start of the qualification period to participate. Independent Consultants who join Arbonne during the qualification period may also participate.

The newly promoted District Manager (first-time promotion between August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021) must be a paid-as District Manager or higher on August 1, 2021 to count. Ties will be broken by the achiever’s number of active Preferred Clients.

Trifecta Achiever Award

(formerly Pacesetter)

The TOP 10 Vice Presidents who achieve the trifecta activity each and every month during the qualification period will be recognized.

The trifecta activity is achieved when the Vice President reaches the targeted sales and registration/enrollment activity and qualifies for all three Achiever Awards: District Manager, Area Manager, and Vice President in the same month. Ties will be broken by calculating Central Region QV over the qualification period.

Qualification level is based on the Independent Consultant's paid-as title as of August 1, 2020.

Top Team Building Award

(NEW AWARD for 2021)

The TOP 10 National Vice Presidents who had the highest percentage of Preferred Clients retained during the qualification period will be recognized. The NVP achiever is the direct sponsor of the PC. To qualify, each PC must have a minimum of three 150+ QV orders plus a renewal during the qualification period. The NVP must have a minimum of 150 or more direct PCs to qualify.

Qualification level is based on the IC’s paid-as title as of August 1, 2020. Ties will be broken by overall QV generated from directly registered PC orders.

Vice President Excellence Award

(NEW AWARD for 2021)

The TOP 10 National Vice Presidents who directly promote out the most Vice Presidents during the qualification period will be recognized. The NVP achiever must have at least 500 QV from personally registered Preferred Clients during the qualification period. Vice President promotion includes first-time promotions and re-promotions, so long as the re-promotion is outside of Title Maintenance.

The newly promoted/re-promoted Regional Vice President or National Vice President (promotion between September 1, 2020 to August 1, 2021) must be paid-as their promoted Vice President title or higher on August 1, 2021 to count. Ties will be broken by calculating Central Nation QV over the qualification period.

New Direct Nation

All National Vice Presidents who promote at least one new National Vice President from their Central Nation during the qualification period will be recognized.

Newly Promoted National Vice Presidents**

Independent Consultants who promote to NVP during the qualification period will be recognized. Includes first-time promotions and re-promoted NVPs, as long as their re-promotion took place outside of Title Maintenance.

Newly Promoted Regional Vice Presidents**

Independent Consultants who promote to RVP during the qualification period will be recognized. Includes first-time promotions and re-promoted RVPs, as long as their re-promotion took place outside of Title Maintenance.

Newly Promoted Area Managers**

Independent Consultants who promote to AM during the qualification period will be recognized. Includes first-time promotions and re-promoted AMs, as long as their re-promotion took place three or more years outside of Title Maintenance.

New District Managers

Independent Consultants who promote to DM for the first time during the qualification period will have on-screen recognition.

In 2020, a typical Arbonne Independent Consultant (AIC) in Canada earned between $0–$300 in earnings and commissions. The VP Success Award is available at the VP level; less than 2% of the AICs achieve this award. Typical earnings can be found at EARNINGS.ARBONNE.COM.
