Shawna is from the Toronto area where she lives with her husband and two daughters. She fell in love with yoga many years ago when she turned to it to release stress from her demanding former career as a police officer. She quickly became passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with others and has been a certified yoga teacher for over 13 years now. With her athletic background and niche as a power yoga style teacher, Shawna brings a motivational energy into the yoga classroom. Sheela Malik, Arbonne Independent Consultant & Executive Regional Vice President, has been building her business alongside being a mom of two girls. Sheela was working as a makeup artist and recruiter in her past life. By working her Arbonne business, she has gained more flexibility in her life.
